  The applicant is registered and in good standing with the College of Health and Care Professionals (CHCPBC) as a non-practicing registrant and uses the title Licensed School Psychologist (Retired) or Registered Psychologist (Retired).

  The applicant is currently enrolled in a graduate-level school psychology or related program at a CPA-accredited institution in Canada or at an institution that is authorized to grant a degree in Canada.
